Through a variety of mechanisms, NIIMBL leverages the input of its member organizations, the expertise of its leadership, and its collaborations with industry, academic, and federal partners to inform, shape, and guide overall workforce strategy.
Workforce Activities Committee
The NIIMBL Workforce Activities Committee (WAC), led by the NIIMBL Workforce Director and four appointed co-chairs, oversees NIIMBL’s workforce development initiatives. Nearly every NIIMBL member organization is represented on the WAC, offering members a unique opportunity to get engaged with a network of education, training, and workforce development professionals.
